you sound like a small time Newcastle fan. They where going on like this last week at Chelsea for failing to beat Rovers, like somehow other teams are obliged to do them favours.

 

And Charlton are what they are partly because of Curbishley, he was their manager after all.

I was really pissed off while watching that game and it was nothing to do with Charlon laying down and dying for 90 minutes, it was because they managed to take 5 points off us this season.

 

United deserve 2nd place. The league table never lies

There is no doubt that your team is improving under Benny, but once again you have ended the season behind the enemy or dreaded scum, a team that has been in decline according to some on here for the last 5 years. Its up to both teams now to go out and sort out their problems ready for next season. I suspect the top 4 will be a lot closer come next year.

I disagree and if anything proves that it's this season. Only for a very, very fortunate last minute goal at OT we'd have finished ahead of United... and lest we forget we did dominate that game. Not like that kinda thing 'evened itself up during the course of the season' is it? I can't think of any game this season that we won after being on the back foot like that for the whole game.

we would have finished miles ahead of the mancs had we not played that many games.. its the price of success i guess and Id rather finish 3rd and not finish bottom of the group in the CL.. finishing 2nd or 3rd doesnt matter really..

The title next season as this will hang on how we do against Chelsea, Manu and a***. We dropped points against them

all and thats why we finished 3rd. I know its over 38 matches but the PL is turning into 2 leagues, the top 4/5 and the

Looking at Charlton's squad now, minus Bent if he goes this summer and a shakeup at management level, I can honestly see them going down. It only takes a bad first half of the season.

in a 4 team group you finished bottom, we finished top..those are facts.. what youve forgotten is we also had to play in a tournament on the other end of this planet and started the season earlier as well.. finishing with 82 points with the number of games shows us to have had a better season..

oh btw which midfield is that.. the players you call midfielders like Smith and Fletcher as bad as the one playing now if not worse..
