stressederic Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Several Spurs players have come down with food poisoning. Obviously s***ting themselves at the prospect of European football.
M4TTA Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 (edited) lol wtf?? great timing.. bet its that french bloke wenger, dipped something into the canteen before the game Edited May 7, 2006 by M4TTA
Hieronymus Bosch Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Squad struck by food poisoning, apparently...Whoops. Didn't see the other post. Please delete. Soz
Conchis Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Premier League making a statement at 1 as the game seems in doubt.
Benitez Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Very handy. So if they have to play the game, and they should, and then lose, they will have a ready made excuse to whine on about for months.
fyds Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 food obviously wasn't koshur...Or Kosher... Still, not hey have many if any Jewish players anyway.
Benitez Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 West Ham won't want this postponing will they. When would it be played? Tomorrow or Tuesday?? They won't be having any of that.
Guest roger Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 We are guaranteed some mazy runs from the Spurs players then...
madskilz Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 West Ham won't want this postponing will they. When would it be played? Tomorrow or Tuesday?? They won't be having any of that. If they do postpone it, they better play the match before the final
Benitez Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 apparently it's 7 players they have suffering from this. How can they even discuss postponing the game for that? Team's often have more injuries than that at one time.
richt71 Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 If they do postpone it, they better play the match before the final Beeb suggesting that 7 players are very unwell with food poisoning leaving only 9 fit players including 2 keepers. I presume they mean 9 players selected in the matchday squad! Maybe 7 a side??
Gunga Din Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 they will have to play it. i cant see the FA letting them not play it, as they made the toon play earlier in this season when half their squad was hit by an eye virus or something
madskilz Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 (edited) I think they will play it also - confirmed it is going ahead Edited May 7, 2006 by madskilz
Benitez Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 they will have to play it. i cant see the FA letting them not play it, as they made the toon play earlier in this season when half their squad was hit by an eye virus or something yeah thats right, they had conjunctivitis. Spuds trying it on if yer ask me They have 2 or 3 key players out injured, who'd have been ok by next week!
DonRafa Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 I think they will play it also - confirmed it is going aheadJol is thinking.....'s***!'
Guest roger Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Robinson, Dawson, Kelly, Murphy, Davenport, Barnard, Lennon Out according to Spurs websites
Guest Red Mist Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Spurs are bottling it. There's no way they will win at Upton Park, they know 4th place is slipping away from them and are trying to get the game called off. Totally unfair on both the a*** and the Hammers, the latter of which can't afford to squeeze in another game before next weekend.
