I would've imagined Lyon would be one of the most likely clubs to want him, given who manages them. But will Cisse want to go back to France, having not proven that he can play in different leagues? Maybe he will move to Italy or join another British club?

the irony of it all is that we normally always have last minute hitches or late developments that hold up or scupper our signing of players, cisse's signing was the most straightforward, and now were gonna struggle to offload him
