IT help!

i'm not sure how this happened but i seem to have spyware in my laptop. everytime i start internet explorer, it directs me to a page for anti-spyware thing that i must buy. even if i try to change the home page it re-directs me to the site. I also keep getting pop ups out of the blue.

 

i've tried Spybot and window's defender but nothing has worked so far... is there anything i can use that's free?
