Scally Bob Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 I went this morning. Of those available today the £25 seats are at the back of the North Stand, £50 at the front of the North Stand, £65 in one block at the top corner of the North Stand and the £90 in the upper block of the East Stand. The bloke in the TO said that they hadn't released all the tickets yet which probably means the tickets along the sides will be released for Moan Stand/Kemlyn supporters and the tickets behind the goal for Kopites. It hacks me off a bit that with 5 FA Cup credits I couldn't get a seat in the middle tier but I suppose I should be used to it. Got there about 7.55, back in the car for 9.15.
sutty Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 I just got through on the phone and middle tier were available...
Jonesy Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 I just got through on the phone and middle tier were available... I was there for 730 this morning in the 1st hundred in queue. When I went up they told me n1-4 weren't available. I had to settle for L38 at 65 sheets. Ah well at least I have a ticket. Not happy about finding out L39 were priced at 50 though. I asked the fella and he told me he did have any for L39. I guess it must be pot luck at the windows.
Guest Kev Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 Just be grateful you've got a ticket. There'll be people going to Cardiff who wont have been to one game this season. I've missed one home game this season - the 2nd CL qualifier because I was on holiday. I get to the ground about 3 1/2 hours before kick-off, often straight from work. I stay about 30-45 minutes after the final whistle, often going straight to work aftewards. Do I or any other stewards qualify, do we f***
Lee W Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 I'm just surprised any locals have got any tickets at all. Was there any Norwegians marching down Walton Breck Road looking very tired ?
owenthomas Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 Just be grateful you've got a ticket. people should be grateful that they'll actually be able to watch the match and take in the atmosphere (whether in the ground/boozer/home).. i'm rota'd in and, as at this very moment, i will have to watch it in work!! not only that - i'm on a late meaning that i have to stay here til 10pm - so by the time i get out everyone will be wrecked anyway (regardless of scoreline) and i'd have missed all the festivities the day brings! to make matters worse i've got a guaranteed ticket, a hotel room at the holiday inn in newport booked and a place on the mini bus leaving Friday.. *please do not ask why i did not book the weekend off on this week as i feel very, very embarrassed saying that, in my haste, i booked off the previous weekend by accident.. thanks*

Its just winds me that by being one of the first 100 or so there I wasn't able to sit where I wanted to.
