Scally Bob Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Dreamt last night that we won 3-0 and Gerrard scored the third. Had £4 on that at 25/1 and £2 on 3-0 just to cover it. I got £6 back for Gerrard last goal at 5/1 but Mr. Foooking Walkabout cost me the price of my Cup Final ticket. Beaut. Shut the door on your way out.
Cobs Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 blame yourself - your dream was obviously schite if it couldn't see a Traore feck up happening
Hugh Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Riise should have tracked the run of Aaron Hughes. That said he's no scapegoat, not when there's Traore. It does beg the question though when Traore leaves who are we left with to have a go at? Josemi, Smicer, Biscan all gone.....
spencer Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Well, I've been watching Liverpool since 1958 and I have not seen a worse player wearing a red shirt than Traore; as O'Leary said afterwards, he's never had a team create so many chances at Anfield before - and the reason for that is that we played without a left-back today and the Villa right wing had a field day. Traore is not a scapegoat - he is genuinely completely useless!

Lee W Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Djimi's not the best but by god there's been worse in the shirt. Babb, Piechnik, Tanner and Stewart to name four.

People seem to forget the shcite we've had down the years especially in the 90's. My feeling on Jimmy Traore is that he is a decent player, who is error prone, but was fantastic last season, the season we won number five.

He has his horrible moments, but he would fit into most other prem clubs with ease. Maybe not at Liverpool next year and if so I wish him well.
Guest Kev Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 I like Traore he's a much better player than what people give him credit for.

chiliking Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 I like Traore. If Rafa thiks he's s.hit, he wouldn't give him a new contract last summer. Of course he isn't in Sami or Carra's class, but then, who is?

Gomez Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 anny road said: to be fair he hardly played Of the top of my head:- Peichnick, Dicks, Bjornebye, Kvarme, Matteo, Babb, McAteer. Would prefer Traore over any of them. Djimi might not be good enough for Liverpool as we progress, but he's had a few MoM games and has looked solid at times in the CB position.

difs.oner Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 That's really weird, I had the exact same dream where liverpool were winning 3 - 0 and gerrard scored the 3rd cept I knew that we were winning 1 - 0 at the time I went to sleep. ( I live in Australia by the way).
