We'll get a similar allocation as the semi-final I'd have thought.

Anyone who got one for the semi, will get one for the final.

chances for season ticket holders with no credits? probably last in line as we were last season for cardiff

i'm all for the priority allocation system if it allows fans who have been to the cup games to go to the final. the thing i disagree with is the allocation for season ticket holders like myself who pay 500 quid plus per season and may miss out due to general sale allocation. scrap general sale allocation and give that to ST holders.

Unfortunately for you the "I pay my 500 quid up front" boll*cks has been firmly shafted by the laws of supply and demand. If you don't like it I'll be happy to take your season ticket off you....

What was wrong with the CC?

The tickets went to people who had been to the other rounds first, right?

If you don't want to pay 500 quid upfront, then fine, pay it over the season by getting the tickets seperately with each genny sale.

Do you know, some of the s**** you post is beyond comprehension.

What's wrong with what I said? I remember season tickets going spare because people got priority if they'd been to the earlier round games. What's wrong with that?

my argument is that priority should go to fans who go to 2 fa cup games plus and then rest to STH. i'm sure a fair few of the fans who go to 2 plus cup games are STHs anyway so cuts out a few hundred STHs who get their tickets via the PTS

Assuming we get 25,000 tickets for the final.

The selling arrangements, will, presumeably follow the semi final idea and be:

1.All people with 4 credits

2.All people with 3 credits

3.Season ticket holders with 2 credits

4.Fancard Holders with 2 credits

There's roughly 6,000 people who fall into the top 2 tiers, and probably around 20,0000 that fall into the third bracket.

I'd be surprised if it made FC with 2 credits to be honest.

They should do this -

STH with 2 or more credits

then

Fancard with 2 or more credits

then

STH with 1 or more credits

then

Fancard with 1 or more credits

All tickets will be gone by the last stage.

We'll get 29,000-30,000 for the final, I think we got 29,000 last year after we got extra tickets. That'll cover most who went to OT.

You could have just gone to Portsmouth? Or United? Or Luton? Or Birmingham?

Oh. . .

Anyone who got in in the ballot will probably get done over due to less tickets.

Away loyalty has been recognised for the semi so it also should be for the final.

So? We'll get around the same ticket allocation as the semi won't we?

Like I said, the mancs got an initial 28,000-29,000 for the CC and got extra tickets later on. We had 28,000-29,000 for the CC final last year as well.

but STHs should be allowed to go the final. we pay our money like everyone who goes to the cup games

You are allowed. Based on whether you went to the earlier rounds. Simple logic under current operating procedures.

The current system is now allowing people a chance to participate in games rather than the 'closed shop' it was before.

people like scally bob should get priority but STHs should be allowed to go the final. we pay our money like everyone who goes to the cup games so we should have some form of priority but NOT ahead of fans who have been to 2 cup games or more.

and after the fans with 2 credits or more, give tickets to the STHs

Everyone who went to the Semi has two credits or more. There are less tickets for the final than the semi. The people who will miss out are fancard holders who haven't got 3 credits, Season ticket holders WILL get preferential treatment JUST LIKE THEY DID for the Semifinal. There is nothing ot complain about as a ST holder. If you went to the home cup game (which you are guarnateed a seat for) you will almost certainly get a final ticket. If you didn't go to the Manc game and weren't switched on enough to buy a ticket and give it to a mate then you will miss out but it's hardly the systems fault. You got your 'special' treatement as a ST holder you just didn't use it.

thats about spot on too. there are going to an awful lot of regular match goers watching it on the telly.

According to the FA site they do still differentiae the allocation between attendances, I seem to remember Millwall moaning about it.

Presumeably that would see us get a slightly better allocation than West Ham.

When Millwall played the mancs they got 21,000 and the mancs got 28,000. Haven't been able to find any reliable figures from last year as yet....

Fancard holders with 2 credits wont get one i don't think... Which is me f***ed - but tis the only fair way. ST's should get priority over fancards with the same credits because in pretty much all cases they've been to more games over the season, and even if they haven't personally attended them, they've still paid for every home at the start of the season.

If you miss out, you miss out... Everyone shoulda been to Cardiff by now anyways ;)

i can't use it cos i can't afford it. supporting the club is an expensive thing to do. ah well i'll try my luck and try 2 get one off a tout or someone willing to make a profit on the day.

You can't afford to buy a ticket on the phone and sell it on to a mate for face value, net cost 50p plus a phone call.

you can afford the £50+ it will cost for a final ticket. Riight.
