Help with Word

anyone know how to fix this...?

 

I have a docuemnt which I have typed a line of ============ into. When I have hit return it has turned into a solid line. And now I can't get rid of it. If I try and delete it it clears any character spaces or text near to it but the line stays where it is. I can't fin it in any formating anywhere..... anyone know how to get rid of it? Ta.
