L'Aventure at 25-1 with Hills is a ludicrous price. Won the Welsh National at Christmas, placed in the Midlands Nationals several weeks ago, this horse does nothing else but stay and i think Ayr will suit her. She should at least run into a place. Talented jockey takes 5lb off so she'll only be carrying 10-1.

 

One for the Oirish - Run For Paddy. Trained and ridden by National winning jockey Carl Llewellyn ( Earth Summit ) and has ticks in every box. 25-1 is a stupid price. Can run on any ground.

 

Nil Desperandum is running again but the Grand National was only 2 weeks ago and i'm not sure another slog over 4 miles is going to get the best out of him.
