Andy @ Allerton Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 From places I've worked, I've always got the feeling that the top managers feel they are above their workers, that managers are above their team, that the team are above the cleaners and maintenance people and so on. This is, of course, a total crock. People are all exactly equal - some are good at some things, some are bad at others, some can do this that and the other - and others can't. For me, it's who you are, as a person rather than where you are or what you do. The Prime Minister is in no way better or more important than a cleaner who works in a pub. What do you lot think?
