Serko Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 are you counting players we might sign before the world cup starts?

Guest Red Mist Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 If that diving c*** Klinsmann knows what's good for him and his country, he'd take Didi along for the ride. The Krauts are absolutely hopeless at the moment and having Didi in the squad can only improve them.
jimmylibel Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 Any chance of Zak Whitbread sneaking into the US squad?

He said he wanted to take a step back and was unavailable for far flung friendlies.. He'd be well up for the World Cup. He'd give them such a backbone. Klinsmanns mad to dismiss him.
G Richards Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 (edited) Klinsman/Hamann might be similar to when Souness was our manager and he tried to be the boss of some of the senior players who used to be former teamates. It is difficult for both sides (plaer and manager) when the role changes like this. Perhaps that is what has gone on with Didi/Jurgen. Just a guess, like. Edited April 18, 2006 by G Richards
stressederic Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 I read an interview not that long agao where Did was saying he'd be happy, willing and eager (sounds like the subtitle for a film starring Slapnuts) to come out of international retirement if klinsmann asked him to.
fyds Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 Klinsmann has asked Didi to join the Germany squad - this was on telly a few days back.
