no way, losing a final is horrible. the

'day out" is a pile of c rap if you lose in the final.

 

I experienced it in 77 and 88 and both return journeys were awful, and the press was awful for a few days in 77, but for ages after 88.

The FA Cup Semi is the best day out - when you win, you've got the pleasure of that victory AND also another great day out to look forward to.

 

Gutted I can't go. If I could only go to one game, I would choose to go to a Semi Final over a Final every time.
