Friedel has the first quality you look for in a keeper, which is reliability. The likes of David James pull off fantastic saves one minute and balls up the next, which makes for a nervous defence. I reckon Reina is a reliable keeper and I hope he stays with us for a long time.

he hasnt been poor for Blackburn...hence why I said he is a good keeper

Friedel put in one of the best displays by a keeper in the Premiership for Blackburn away at Higbury a few seasons back, he was awesome, saved allsorts.
