is a few days away, and Fowler is still looking like our striker most likely to score goals. Yet he can't play on Saturday. Given that Crouch will play, and assuiming that Rafa plays two up front, who would you partner him with and why? I'm tempted to see Gerrard play there but think he may be just as important on the wing in this one. Cisse continues to frustrate and Morientes still seems off the pace most of the time.

I'd have SteG at right mid, and Garcia in the ole as it where, and then they can swap as they wish!

 

I just think that Cisse and Moro are too infuriating and inconsistent, and I'd rather have Garcia in there, who we know is one of them 'big game players' like!

 

But hey - who can ever guess a Rafa side. There should be big prizes available to anyone who gets a starting line up spot on. (not including Elisha - thats cheating).

It's our best available team.

I can see Crouch upfront alone in this one, with Garcia slightly forward and scoring a goal that doesn't cross the line

its tough to choose between Garcia and Cisse... Garcia scores a lot of big goals while someone posted that Cisse is 2nd in goals per appearances in our squad...

Garcia, it has to be. Cisse is not the right player for a game of this importance.

 

If we start Garcia, we have plenty of options on the bench should we need them
