Earl Hafler Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 Leeds have told the FA they will make an official complaint if two of their young stars end up at Chelsea next season. The thing is, Chelsea have already announced that Michael Woods and Tom Tiao will sign for them in July. Apparently both of them visited Chelsea for a couple of days last October and met Arnesen, who told them to reject any deal that Leeds offered. It must be about time for some points to be docked, surely ? But not until next season. And Tom Tiao ? Hopefully Motson will have retired by then.
Kahnee Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 It's about time Chelsea were shown they can't just do what they want and ignore the rules. Fat chance though
dorgie Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 Yeah, the fine they'll receive will really hurt them and make them stop doing this And Tom Tiao ? Hopefully Motson will have retired by then.
jimmylibel Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 I could be wrong but haven't Chelsea already been rapped over the knuckles for this... if they have then once more and they'll get a transfer ban I think.

Thats correct. After the whole Ashley Cole, and Arnesen incidents Chelsea face a transfer embargo if they are found guilty of improper conduct again. And how funny would that be.
Scally the Wag Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 They'll get round it by "loaning" players or something equally piss-taking. I'd rather them get docked points and thrown out of Europe, and go bankrupt, and suffer subsidence into the London Underground, etc... Fat chance though.
Falconhoof Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 Weren't these lads young enough to not be in contract ?
Earl Hafler Posted April 15, 2006 Author Posted April 15, 2006 (edited) They're the same age as Walcott and that OBGYN fella that Arsenal got into trouble over. Edited April 15, 2006 by Big Stuff
Earl Hafler Posted April 15, 2006 Author Posted April 15, 2006 (edited) Quincy Owusu-Abeyie his name was. Mr Subdural Hematoma. That was over the use of an unregistered agent. Anyway, Arnesen and Chelsea are not permitted to tell these two lads not to sign for Leeds. Edited April 15, 2006 by Big Stuff
Kahnee Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 I was going to add another repy to this thread, but Big Stuff's doing fine on his own...
