The problem at the moment is Forget The past who came 3rd in the Gold Cup. He's at the top of the weights and everything else is weighted according to their ratings against FTP. If he stays in, then there are loads of horses carrying very little weight and it's wide open. If he doesn't run, then everything moves up the ladder. if FTP and Innox don't run then everything moves up 1 stone and it's Goodnight Vienna.

At the moment, Manjoe is in the race but Monterey Bay needs a couple of horses to pull out. Looking at the entries, i think that's a formality.

Far From Trouble - owned by JP - is on 9-10 at the moment and there's no way McCoy can do 10 stone ( minimum weight in this race ) but if FTP comes out of the race, Far From Trouble will move up in the weights and within reach of McCoys riding weight, making the 12-1 a bargain.

I've advised those because i think the prices will shorten. Back to lay opportunities.

I sound like a right t**t
