Made even worse when its someone else's stupidity/slackness?

 

been waiting in all day for my new Mobile to arrive - hadn't arrived by half 5 so i called orange to check what was going on:

 

"Sorry, its out of stock"

 

But...why....!!!!!!!!

 

Absolute c*nts. So furious i don't know what to do.

 

Any suggestions?
