Salary - HR stuff etc

How do you work out what somebody is on per day from am annual salary ?

 

Do you subtract all the weekends and bank holidays 104 + 8 and then divide the annual salary by 253 to work out what they are on per day ?

 

I need to know to work out salary for a part month
