Employment Issues Pt II

I've recently moved to a job in a pretty Redneck 'Support our Troops' part of California. Been keeping my head down, even took the 'Impeach Bush!' sticker off my car, things have been working out pretty well. Until now. I just overheard one of my employees aggressively trying to convert another one to Jesus. She had the poor guy backed into a corner, pointing the finger at him and asking 'Do you know where you're going when you die? I do!'

 

Can I fire her for that? Seems like inappropriate behaviour. And I'm worried I might be the next one targetted for the fiery flames of hell. Bloody religious nuts - I don't care who's saving your soul, but can't you please keep it out of the workplace?

 

Seriously, I'd love to bring it up, but I fear that in this part of the world I'd be the one who'd be fired for discrimination.
