NTSC - PAL

I can only find this DVD I'm looking for on NTSC (Region 1) and as far as I know there is no planned release for a PAL version.

 

I intend to watch it on a laptop...

 

Can someone let me know how to watch an NTSC DVD on my laptop please? Or if I'm just wasting my time?!
