Guest Kev Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 I'll go up to the ground tommorow or thursday morning to buy a pair. SHould be ok right? You should be. I don't know how many tickets are sold, but we were told on Sunday that the club were expecting anything upwards of 35,000 based on tickets sold etc etc.
Guest Mottman Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 Might bump into a few of you then. Toodle pip.
jon_hall Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 Maybe he didn't know John. You take it easy mate, my thoughts are with you. Wasn't meant as a go at Chris (sorry mate) And cheers Robbie. Hopefully a bar in Avignon should have the match on Thursday night and sunday as well.
Andy @ Allerton Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 I am taking Sam along Anyone else going? Yep - we have been required to - and Monday as well.
kop205 Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 I'll go up to the ground tommorow or thursday morning to buy a pair. SHould be ok right? I've just got mine, prime spec in the Kop, block 205 - though a couple of rows behind my season ticket seat, as that was gone which suggests they are selling.
oakie bob Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Wasn't meant as a go at Chris (sorry mate) You in not having a go at me shock ...............all the best to you mate at this time
Andy @ Allerton Posted April 13, 2006 Posted April 13, 2006 Oakie Bob - I'll be in the Oakie no doubt after for a couple of bevvies. I maybe dropping off some tickets for Will as well with you or Carl if that's OK?
Andy @ Allerton Posted April 13, 2006 Posted April 13, 2006 There are ten of us going tonight, we won't have time to get tix. If they are expecting 35,000 why are they saying to get a ticket beforehand? Do they shut sectiions of the ground? They will probably have cash turnstiles - and they keep track of how many people are in the ground - closing those turnstiles when that section is full. The other day they said that the Centenary stand wouldn't be open - but depending on demand they may review that.
