Sevilla's female team lost the Spanish championship on goal difference

 

A 3-3 draw against Atletic Bilbao (they were losing 3-1 at HT) was not enough and Espanyol are champions.

 

Both teams have 60 points, but Espanyol have a better goal difference +1.

 

Something tells me that this is a prelude to disaster for Sevilla CF.

Didn't see the game (although that's never stopped me slagging him off before ) - Patricia was doing her best impression of being a member of the Klu Klux Clan - she was in the Palm Sunday procession for the brotherhood La Paz - a "not to be missed" family occasion - so no LFC. I did manage to escape from the crowds and go and see Sevilla scrape a 1-1 draw with a weakened Zaragoza. Garcia scoring what must be the jammiest, flukiest hit-and-hope I've ever seen to put the "Maños" 0-1 up...
