Anybody got any tips for phone interviews

Think I may apply for jobs in estate agencies. You can do it over the internet but i think that's stupid as a) If you have half a personality you're better off speaking to the people and b) Half of your work is done over the phone anyway so you might as well show you can use that medium. I can't be arsed typing up a C.V anyway.

Anyone got any idea of how to approach it?

Sammy it's just my opinion, but if you have the facility then you should think about doing it on speaker phone. I find it very helpful as you can speak naturally, using your hands and moving more normally. You sound more normal too.

Before you call write down the things you want to say, even if just notes. Don't script it but have some solid outline so you can flow more efficiently.
