Open University Alternatives

Does anyone know which reputable educational instututions provide similar 'distance learning' or 'online learning' courses to the Open University?

 

I'm interested in IT/Software Engineering/etc in particular.

 

Open university seems to have gone a lot more expensive than it used to be.
