Gunga Din Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 to be honest, i think Linfield will walk it. they have steam rolled their way to the Norn Irish league, i dont think they have lost to a domestic side all season, league or cups, and Peter Thompson and Glenn ferguson up front take some stopping. their only downside is that they are nearing the end of the season, so tiredness might be a factor
jfogarty Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Drogheda have the strongest squad in the eircom league now and they will buy more players in July. They will be very hard to beat this season I have only seen Linfield once and that was 2 weeks ago against Shelbourne. They looked very tired
jfogarty Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Yep. 2 great games next week to look forward to. I fancy a Cork vs Drogheda final but every team will think they have a chance
Boca Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Cork City v Shels should be a cracker. Linfield and Cork final I think.
Coyler Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Linfield are on some enormous baxtard of a run, though, aren't they, God bless 'em? Good team spirit about them as well, wouldn't really see Drogheda beating them. Has to be them (Gort an Lín) and Shels.
jimmylibel Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 I'm just looking forward to when Rovers eventually qualify!
