Oh yes, Mr Baton and his chums at full charge I'd say.

See above.

Good on the lad. Wish I'd seen it myself.

I'm surprised that St. Pauli fans allowed Chemitz fans to get away with that kind of behaviour. St. Pauli is known for its anti-facist and anti-racist fans.

Despite what some think, you have to be vigilant about this because it's never far below the surface.

Gary "We don't have a big problem with racism in this country" Neville, you mean?

t***,try telling that to my girlfriend you stupid, ignorant manc. You busy c***.

Mr Baton should be introduced along with Mr German Shepherd.

Do you mean in Germany specifically?

Not at all, unfortunately - it's still there in Holland too as well as Spain etc. What I meant was that type of mindset that finds it acceptable - even a sort of perverse cultural 'right' - is still alive and kicking and we shouldn't relax beacuse on the whole things have improved (at least for now) here.

A fine example indeed.

From an official source:

So not perfect, by any means, but a fair stride forward from the "Blut und Boden" system that you seemed to think still applied.

I'd be interested in the official source, as I've been looking for a few reliable sources on this.

Also , as far as I'm aware, the "Blut und Boden" idea still applies - hence my above flippant post regarding Russians - This new development was described on one of the sites I read as a "supplement" to the law.

But, as you say, definitely a step in the right direction.

Thankfully that particular legal 'philosophy' has gone the way of the last remnants of the Nuremburg laws.
