Stevie is forgiven for such tackles because they're simply mistimed, not dirty. Unlike Keane who targets opponents for illegal tackles. And Brown is simply dirty, like Keane.

That was a cowards challenge and deserves a 10 match ban. I presume the 2 of them weren't buddies at Spurs
