he should have stuck some 'Feck off Cardiff" stickers to the chairs in the stadium, shouldn't he, Macca ?

Wouldn't have made any difference, those c*nts will never get to that stadium.

There's an awful lot of anti-CCFC sentiment here.

B*llocks to you. They are brill.

Not too sure about that NYR - most people on this thread like me have slated the player responsible for the abuse of CCFC...

Agreed. Your baseball bat would break before you got tired of tawtting him with it.

You'd be wasting your money on a bat. One of those 'kin loons in the "Soul Crew" will get hold of him soon enough!

Now that is something that you wouldn't want.

Swansea duo Lee Trundle and Alan Tate have been arrested by police and charged by the Football Association of Wales following the anti-Cardiff obscenities they paraded at the Millennium Stadium.

Trundle scored the opening goal to set Swansea on their way to a 2-1 win but after the victory he showed off a Welsh flag bearing the words "f*** off Cardiff" and donned a T-shirt on which a cartoon showed a man urinating on a Cardiff No9 shirt. Tate also held the flag aloft. Both items are believed to have been thrown to him by Swansea fans.

Neither player has yet been charged by police but in a statement, South Wales Police said: "South Wales Police have arrested a 23-year-old man and a 29-year-old man on suspicion of section four public order offences. Both men have been bailed until the end of April."

Swansea manager Kenny Jackett has insisted: "I honestly don't think the players knew what they were doing, it was something that was in the heat of the moment and I'm sure they regret their actions." But defender Tate and striker Trundle could now face bans after also being hit by an FAW charge today.

A statement from the Welsh FA read: "The Football Association of Wales has concluded that charges will be issued against Swansea City FC and two of their players Lee Trundle and Alan Tate. These charges are in connection with the events which followed the conclusion of the Football League Trophy Final played on Sunday, April 2 2006."

Swansea have strongly condemned the players' actions but have yet to reveal if they plan to punish the guilty parties.
