"Bolton and Man U Miles Apart Financially"

Yeah Bolton are far better off because, to my knowledge, they're not hundreds of millions of pounds in debt!

True. Also Bolton are on the way up and United are in decline.

This debt has not really affected United so far on the pitch. I am sure that a midfielder will be brought in this summer. No team can altogether compete against the Russians billions down in Chav city. All the same, it is very worrying.

You need a new midfielder. But will the Yank stretch to 10 Mil even? You can't get much these days for... Oh yes you can Xabi Alonso. ;)

Do you have a mortgage? If you did would it mean yoiu were struggling financially?

Would rather have my own place that was bought and paid for AND making a little profit AND with a massive trophy room that looks like it's going to keep on growing. ;)

Point I'm making is that the debt of United is something that currently means very little.

yes it does...they are two bad seasons away from disaster

if they finish out of Europe 2 seasons on the run they are in big big big trouble

so, not in trouble then....

shame.

I think the same could be said of us.

you can say they are doing badly, but for all of it, they are still in second. They are a couple of central midfielders away.

To be honest, I think all of the "big" Premiership clubs apart from Chelsea would be in financial trouble if they finished outside of Europe for 2 season on the trot.
