The anthrax that was sent was traced back to the U.S. government biowarfare lab at Fort Detrick so they realised it was an insider responsible. Obviously this is hugely embarrassing hence the sudden downgrading of the investigation.

 

Ah at last, somebody who knows what happened. That's all I wanted to know you bunch of f*ckwits.
