Speed traps

Mr Dibble was waiting for me in a layby on the A303 on Saturday. He was standing outside his car, flourescent jacket on, with some kind of radar \ camera looking thing on his shoulder pointing towards the oncoming traffic.

 

I was doing between 75-80 when I saw him and obviously slowed down.

 

I know the ones in mobile vans can take your picture and clock your speed from head on, but are there also handheld ones that do it now too? Should I expect Troi Points?
