Cousin of the Mrs is massive manc fan, he avoided my completely at a family do last summer because we won the European club, but has given me grief about beating us and being above us this season. We saw his dauhgter rcently after another do and she told us he was well miffed, virtually every single photo of him had got my four fingers and a thumb sticking up out the top of his head.

id say couple of recent bad signings(park djemba etc)....scholes injury....a blindspot for fletcher and a falling out with keane..had lead to a case of just trying to make do.....think its plain to see we need a proper defensive midfielder and a world class play maker in there....ronaldo is improving again....giggs getting old but can still do job..

 

the next couple of signings are key.....why figaro do you think we wont be challenging for the league at the end of next season?

Ostrich man, if you watched the game on Saturday you would've noticed that Liverpool had double the amount of shots on and off target, dominated possession and ended up with far fewer cards. We were in control and could've won by many more. Hyppia scored a perfectly good goal, and was also pushed by Weir while in a scoring position (definite penalty). Everton were offside prior to winning the corner for the goal.

All in a all, Everton were taken apart by 10 men, but if you think they deserved it then so be it.

I'm a United fan, but come to this site because the people here aren't like the morons on other sites, you have a great knowledge of football and you all have good, fun sense of humour. But you have accept that you are obsessed with the opposition as the rest of us are.

I think it's natural to discuss your rivals and does become a bit obsessive at times.

 

Not sure it's particularly healthy to be reeling off song after song about other teams at the game, particularly when you're not playing them!
