Should it have even been awarded? I thought that a lot of Everton's players were offside when they hoofed it up there, but Sky hardly mentioned it!

i thought it was offside after the first corner yes.

i thought that too and was pretty much in line. also thought at the time there might have been a handball when whoever it was controlled and shot to win the corner but i might be wrong

Was surprised we didn't have a man on the far post although he would have had to nut the post to stop Cahill's header

It was in Crouch's 'zone' I think, he just didn't attack the ball and Cahill did.
