Just had a run in on the phone with someone at the United Ticket office. Our tickets for Sundays game have not turned up yet. The bloke was very very unhelpfull. What made matters worse was the c*** had a heavy scouse accent.

Well, that'd be dealing with irate Man Utd fans when their tickets haven't arrived. When all else has failed the only line to take would be hum/whistle "Ring of Fire" and say "Sir, I've told you 5 times....."
