Jezzman Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 .... halftime when we were 3-0 down in Istanbul and his best mate added: "so will I".... and that's exactly what Erling Skovli and Thomas Grondahl are doing these days. Right now they're on a walk of 105 kilometers from their home in Baerums Vaerk to the airport in Torp. In Torp they will jump/crawl on a plane that will take them to Speke and from there it's by foot to Anfield where they should arrive Saturday for the derby.... :D Here they are: If you speak Norweigan here's the story from Liverpool.no Priceless
cymrococh Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Fecking OOCers taking tickets that could have gone to a local.
RP Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 If they were walking, they could have chosen any game.
Jezzman Posted March 23, 2006 Author Posted March 23, 2006 (edited) Wonder how many of you would go through what these lads and other OOC's go through, to see the team they love? Edited March 23, 2006 by Jezzman
Andy-oh-six Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 As long as they remember their jester hats for Saturday...

Red_Rob Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Bit of a cheat that. They should walk to France and get the ferry from there......
RP Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 (edited) I'd have thought that walking from Istanbul - Liverpool would have implied by the fella's original statement. Lazy b*stards. Edited March 23, 2006 by RP

They look like nice lads though. But the one on the left has clearly parachuted out to land at Anfield. I wonder if he'll do that at the weekend to save the gruelling Speke/Anfield leg of their marathon trek?
Sara Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 I think it's quite a good story but I reckon they should trek all the way from Norway for it to count
McBain Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 they could have walked through the chunnel. Dodging trains is nothing for the team you love

Thanks a lot.Could be worse. You could have the photo. The only problem is that as far as he was concerned all the emergency exits were on the left.
