Would this be theft?

A parcel arrived for me today whilst at work and was signed for by my girlfriend. When i arrived home i was suprised to see a parcel of such size as i have recently ordered 2 items from ebay, the biggest of which is a DVD. The package i have received contains a Thomson TIVO hard disk recorder. There is no sender details with the package, no invoice or any paperwork. If i decided to be a git, would keeping this item be classed as theft? I have no use for it as i have Sky+, and would probably end up selling it on. I have contacted the 2 sellers i have recently bought from to see if they have sent it to me by mistake, otherwise is it a case of finders keepers?
