Guest RedIsMyColour Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 If you are not at the game, not watching the game on Tv or listening it on the radio. When the you find out the latest score, I for one always hope that a certain player has scored the goal. Its not always the same player but theres always an added boost if Fowler scores (Only happenned once...as yet ) or if indeed Crouch scores, they are my two fave goalscorers at the moment, possiblky due to the fact I want Fowler to get back to some sort of the great form he used to produce for us before and the reason for Crouch is all the stick that he gets. Different situations cause me to want certain players to get the goals. I am a weird b*****d or is this common amongst us redmen?
Benitez Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 I always want players who have become targets of abuse be it by fans, or the lovely media, to get goals. Guess thats just a natural reaction really! Was desperate for Crouchy to score earlier this season, to a point it was really bugging me, cos of the fecin papers on his case, and other teams fans taking the piss so much.
Earl Hafler Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 Suker, Reidle, Vialli from days gone by. Non-LFC player currently playing - Sheva, Pauletta, Ribery I couldn't understand the frenzy people were in when Fowler signed.
