How come blokes who generally speaking can't be arsed smarting themselves up usually look alright - ready in 10 minutes of getting up - quick shower and out, but quite a few woman look pretty rough if they don't spend ages with their hair and makeup and the like? 1 hour+ of who-knows-what?!
