Guest Lukan Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Firstly, although we had (what i feel) was our worst performance of the season, we almost came out with a point at Highbury with Arsenal playing their best football for a while! I'm not too down today because I remembered that after Luis scored, we came to life and as Andy Gray said, looked more likely to win. It just showed that confidence really is the main problem here. We all know that when we play with a high tempo we are so much more potent as an attacking force. The tempo comes with confidence. I feel that the problem is that we've been relying on the defence too much recently leading to us dropping that tempo. Sorry for that ramble but just had to get a few things out my head! Now for rafa to get that tempo back.

Ombudsam Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Gotta love the byline being "I'm not mad!". Has that reassuring touch that you're looking for
Nebraska Red Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 it's nice to see optimism isn't dead....... it's just hanging on by its fingernails. optimism is always here, it's realism that seems to be in short supply.

Guest Anders Honoré Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 in ten words or less: "Encouraged yesterday. we almost came out with a point."
