Guest Kev Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Are they better than Fowler, Crouch, Cisse and Morientes. You bet your f***ing life they are.
Chief Robert Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Are they better than Fowler, Crouch, Cisse and Morientes. You bet your f***ing life they are.I wouldn't have Heskey back ever. Nice lad, but not good enough for us.
Andy-oh-six Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Are they better than Fowler, Crouch, Cisse and Morientes. You bet your f***ing life they are. no takers and a massive pay off.
Gomez Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Are they better than Fowler, Crouch, Cisse and Morientes. You bet your f***ing life they are.Fowler is definitely better than Fowler.
Guest Kev Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 I wouldn't have Heskey back ever. Nice lad, but not good enough for us. And Crouch £7m is better than him, get real. Crouch is a waste of space, he cannot run, cannot head the ball where he wants and his second touch matches Cisse's.
Gomez Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 And Crouch £7m is better than him, get real. Crouch is a waste of space, he cannot run, cannot head the ball where he wants and his second touch matches Cisse's. Heskey is and never was good enough for Liverpool. Who we have now is irrelevant, the fact that they are crap does not make Heskey any better.
Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 I'd rather have Crouch than Heskey though, Crouch can't play upfront on his own and needs a fast pacey striker next to him, it's a bit s*** for him when he hasn't got anyone to pass or head to.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 this season: Baros - 20 league games, 6 goalsHeskey - 30 games, 5 goalsOwen - 10 games, 7 goals Crouch - 24 games, 4 goalsMoro - 21 games, 3 goalsCisse - 25 games, 4 goals OUCH
Guest Kev Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Heskey is and never was good enough for Liverpool. Who we have now is irrelevant, the fact that they are crap does not make Heskey any better. It does and there is no hiding from it. Crouch offers nothing.
Guest Sabre Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 And Heskey £11m is better than him, get real. Heskey is a waste of space, he cannot run, cannot head the ball where he wants and his second touch matches Cisse's. See what I did there?
CarraLegend Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Are they better than Fowler, Crouch, Cisse and Morientes. You bet your f***ing life they are. It's not like you to whine. You alright?
Kite Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 (edited) Heskey has scored 4 goals (in the Premiership), 1 for every 500 mins he has played. So, yes, I guess he'd fit right in here Edited March 12, 2006 by Lenin
Guest Kev Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 this season: Baros - 20 league games, 6 goalsHeskey - 30 games, 5 goalsOwen - 10 games, 7 goals Crouch - 24 games, 4 goalsMoro - 21 games, 3 goalsCisse - 25 games, 4 goalsOUCH Facts and figures. But how many do you think Baros, Owen and Heskey would have got in this Liverpool team ? Emile is in a poor Birmingham team, Baros is in a slightly better Villa team, and Owen will get you goals if you chopped off his legs and arms.
Benzo-13 Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 It does and there is no hiding from it. Crouch offers nothing. I tend to agree, 7ft odd and heads like an ostrich...
Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 f***s sake, stop going on about Emile. He's gone, let go, he wasn't good enough for us.
Earl Hafler Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 (edited) I think Heskey and Crouch are very similar players. Edited March 12, 2006 by Big Stuff
Bailo Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 this season: Baros - 20 league games, 6 goalsHeskey - 30 games, 5 goalsOwen - 10 games, 7 goals Crouch - 24 games, 4 goalsMoro - 21 games, 3 goalsCisse - 25 games, 4 goalsOUCH Bloody hell. 3 Liverpool 29 55 12 Newcastle 29 39 14 Aston Villa 29 34 18 Birmingham 28 24 And I'd take Crouchy 1000million times over Heskey.
CarraLegend Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Facts and figures. But how many do you think Baros, Owen and Heskey would have got in this Liverpool team ? Emile is in a poor Birmingham team, Baros is in a slightly better Villa team, and Owen will get you goals if you chopped off his legs and arms. [Goes back to July] How many do you think Crouch will get? He got 16 for Soton and look at the service he'll get here. That argument is utter s*** Kev.
Kite Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Emile is in a poor Birmingham team, Baros is in a slightly better Villa team, and Owen will get you goals if you chopped off his legs and arms.To be fair, I don't think Newscastle would play Owen if he was in that condition
Guest Sabre Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 To be fair, I don't think Newscastle would play Owen if he was in that condition They play Boumsong and he's f***ing s****
Cam Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Heskey failed here, big time. If he'd stayed he suddenly wouldn't have become Pele. FFS, face facts. Crouch, Morientes, Sinama & Mellor are also all failing. The Folwer thing is an anomaly. The only ones worth considering & arguing over are Owen and Baros.
Guest Kev Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 [Goes back to July] How many do you think Crouch will get? He got 16 for Soton and look at the service he'll get here. That argument is utter s*** Kev. So why hasn't Crouch got 16 for us then ?
