Earl Hafler Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Bennett - one of the worst refs ever - didn't even see it.
Reggie Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 That little f***** Fabregas didn't help matters either.
Earl Hafler Posted March 12, 2006 Author Posted March 12, 2006 (edited) it cant be. its two yellows. Don't care. That rule in itself is a load of rubbish. Edited March 12, 2006 by Big Stuff
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 no right of appeal, unless the ref admits he was wrong. Feck it, it's only 1 game & we won't win it anyway
Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Fabregas is a f***ing prick, hope they don't win the european cup now, that Eboue c*** was trying to get him booked for hitting him when he tapped him on his head.
anfieldgaz Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 It was cant argue with it.if that was on one of our players wed be screamimg another yellow therefore a red!!!
smicer07 Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 He slipped you daft c***, if it was one of there's that would have been a joke.
gkmacca Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Alonso should have collapsed and held his legs like their player did in the first half after that ludicrous two-footed challenge.
Earl Hafler Posted March 12, 2006 Author Posted March 12, 2006 It was cant argue with it.if that was on one of our players wed be screamimg another yellow therefore a red!!! He slipped over, didn't he ? Not seen a replay but it looked like Bennett had turned his back on the incident and, at best, saw it out of the corner of his eye.
Guest Abhishek Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Fabregas needs to get a proper t***ting sometime. Absolute w*****. Feel gutted for Alonso. Everybody was slipping on that surface, and it was unfortunate that we had a clueless c*** officiating the game. Shame.
Guest JV Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Not seen a replay but it looked like Bennett had turned his back on the incident and, at best, saw it out of the corner of his eye.The cvnt reacted to the crowd and that t*** Sendoras. See he got f*** all for pushing Xabi when he was telling the ref he fell.
Ste M Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 It was cant argue with it.if that was on one of our players wed be screamimg another yellow therefore a red!!! You gotta be s***ting me? If you can't see he slipped there's no hope for you. And there's no way Benett saw that, he was facing the other way. Disgraceful, criminal piece of refereeing.
Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Bennett is a f***ing prick, wasn't he ref at Anfield last season? When Vieira did the most blatant dive infront of him, he didn't give him a yellow then.
realtarragona Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 He probably saw it out of the corner of his eye. So it could well have looked like a foul I suppose.
Morgul Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Can't say that i saw it as a slip when it happened. At the time I thought he was lucky not to get a straight red. Now when everyone says he slipped over I have to watch it again.
anfieldgaz Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 (edited) You gotta be s***ting me? If you can't see he slipped there's no hope for you. It was IMO,it wasnt IYO, thats football, a matter of opinion,no need to start saying things personel is there? Edited March 12, 2006 by anfieldgaz
Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 I knew it was a slip right away, why? He isn't that dirty of a player, he isn't stupid and he had been slipping all day.
Jim D Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Straight from the first minute to the last, that performance today was very average at best. Can't believe we even stood off at Arsenal, it was like saying to them, here you go Arsenal you can have the three points. Too many players again individually played poorly, we can't score for toffee despite the goal today. Garcia well was ineffective apart from the goal. Crouch yes he is good at linking up play back in the midfield but most of the time he ends up back in midfield, plus he can't score from two guilt edge chances!! Warnock was shaky, but that was probably due to having Garcia in front of him. I am extremely p****d off today about that performance and result and to cap it all off, once we got ourselves back into the game, we get a man sent off and Gerrard does the most schoolboy of errors I have ever seen. Lovely pass for Henry, we didn't deserve anything from that I'm afraid and quite frankly our current form and situation means we will be clinging onto 3rd place. Maybe I am just overreacting and I will have a clearer head later on, but right now I am fuming, its just so frustrating and annoying!!
Cunny Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 it was a slip and Senderos was a right c*** about it
Guest Anders Honoré Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 bennet can rescind the yellow if he admits it was a mistake. think poll (?) did just that a few years ago when Hamann got sent off for a second yellow against Arsenal.
Guest Sabre Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 f***ing stupid decision. He obviously slipped. The ball had been gone so long that no idiot would have gone in for a challenge there, even less so Xabi Alonso, the least dirty player in the league.
gkmacca Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Jeezus, even Souey said it was never a sending off. I bet even Terry 'Geordie through and through' McDermott would say it was never a sending off. It wasn't a booking, it wasn't a sending off.
anfieldgaz Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Lets not hide behind the sending off from the result and the tactics. We never looked like scoring again we looked lazy with the ball. Why oh WHy was Fowler only given 15/18 mins again to do somehting? Fowler should have started he has a great record against them so use it to our advantage if hed have staeted it would possibble given us the edge on them. We still looked very slow going forward when we had the ball. Ok Gerrard gave them the second but in all hoensty the should have but the game well beond us before that. We need to take stock and re load and stgart playing with more pace gong forward and lets give Fowler 3/4 full games or at least start him and lets see him score because he cant do that while on the bench!!
Reggie Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 If Senderos, Toure and that little runt Fabregas had not of reacted then he would not have given it.
