Mourinho believes firmly in the mantra "Everyone hates us" . Well his own actions make sure it is true.

It is getting to the point that almost every non chelsea football fan hates chelsea almost 100% due to the special one Mr Mourinho

Most football fans liked the football Arsenal play and like the team because of it.

If Chelsea played fantastic football fans would start to like Chelsea. But that would take the focus from Mourinho so he stops them and makes them play drab horrid football. Sums him up

he'll be gone in two years tops. With Chelsea's unlimited resources, the fans and sooner ot later abrahamovic will start to think success isn't enough and will want some entertainment and measure of class to go with it.

Er, no, not really. No-one is arsed about the integrity of their manager as long as he's successful. Mourinho is loved there and will be until that changes.

but people, chelsea fans included, are arsed.

The vast, vast majority of Chelsea fasn aren't. As long as he's successful he'll stay as manager.

He won't be sacked for reasons citing 'a lack of class'.

No they're not. As long as he's successful he'll stay as manager.

He won't be sacked for reasons citing 'a lack of class'.

course not, 'irreconsilable differences' will cover it, I am sure.

At any other club, I'd be inclined to agree. With Chelsea's unlimited funds though, it is realistic for them to think they can have it all, and entertainment to boot anyway.

Real sacked Del Bosque after all. And the german guy who won them the CL before that. At a club like Real, there is the perception that is the funds, not the manager, that is the primary key to success. Only a matter of time before Chelsea catches up to Real in the bigheaded department in that regard, since it is very much true in Chelsea's case (not that I think anyone could have done what Mourinho has done and that he hasn't done exceptionally well - just that there are others who could do it as well).

Do you think Abramovich and Kenyon have class?

If not, what makes you think they see it as an integral part of being a manager at Chelsea?

All they are arsed about is winning trophies and that's all that will be demanded from Mourinho. And he's not started too badly. The only problem he may have is if they get knocked out of the Champions League early on again next season. And even then, if he's won the league again he'll be fine.

But even though you're not, I hope you are right. Because he's a great manager and we'd be better off if he did leave. But it's clutching at straws because he's not going anywhere in the near future.

I don't think not having class will end Mourinho's tenure at Chelsea. Not winning the Champions League next season most definitely will. Chelsea will drop serious Cash this summer on 3 or 4 top players - Galactico style players, not Drogbas - and really make a push. If they aren't holding the CL trophy in May 2007, Mourinho's done.

* March 2006 Defending Didier Drogba after allegations of diving: "He's the kind of player I would say 'with you I could go to war. You roll around and find all the landmines. I am safe. I am the special one. You dive and are the blown up one'."

interesting read. Apparently threw his toys out after todays game again...

Missed the post-match fall-out. Who's fault was it this time?

Dunno, I heard it said on the radio but having listened to his interview on the bbc there's not too much wrong. Just moaning about the disallowed goal.
