As it went off, my initial reaction was that it was something worse than it was - but looking at the space where it had detonated - there seemed a suddenly suspicious area of no one around - to me looked like a few of them had keeled over.

I thought it was something far more serious. On TV the bang was huge and the camera shook with the reverberation.

It was obviously a firework, just before it went off there was a hole which started to form then BANG. Someone shouted "It's a bomb!" behind me and I turned Bauer mode on for a second >_o
