Golliwogs - why are they racist ?

Some guy is defending Golliwogs on another forum as part of a thread he started to have a go at someone who's username is Don't_trust_whitey.

He claims that username is racist and offensive to him but that Golliwogs should have been left alone by the PC gone mad brigade.
