psl Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 Did I hear Andy Gray say at on 'The Last Word' that Liverpool would be without Fowler on Wednesday? Anyone else hear that or know if something's up with Robbie?
Stigger Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 I think Gray just though Robbie would be cup tied. There's been nothing about him picking up a knock at all.

Has been excellent in his prior games though. Easily our best striker.

Guest FrankH Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 Rafa will probably go with Crouch and Morientes up front though anyway.
danny Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 Wouldnt play fowler. Acually wouldnt play any of them! Garcia and Gerrard upfront.

May be better to leave Crouch for the last 20 minutes if we need to change things and start getting the ball forward in a more 'direct' fashion.

Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Sell Fowler. It's pretty hard when he doesn't get any decent chances (except when Morientes decides to f*** them up) and has to come deep to touch the ball.
Ombudsam Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Thought Robbie struggled yesterday. Wednesday is so set for him to get his first goal on his return. It's almost painfully obvious.
Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Yesterday was his first goal, and it was ruled out. That linesman deserves a punishment greater than death.

Deal with it. He stayed on because he can do what he did at the end and fair enough but he was poor.

Charlton were value for their point Knox_Harrington said: Had a good first fifteen and was then anonymous. Deal with it. It's gonna take a lot of work on him. Don't want to say too much because i was against him signing but i despereately want him to do well now he's back and don't want to start sounding like i'm not giving him a fair crack
Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Well he's played better in five games than Morientes has in about 30-40 games.

I'd keep Fowler ahead of Morientes going into next season though. Edited March 6, 2006 by Knox_Harrington
Guest Jack Bauer Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 We're always missing Morientes, last seen at Monaco.

Anyhow it's not too hard to top morientes. Where was Crouch yesterday btw. That was his worst game for a while Andyjandy said: You are wrong, lol , haha! argue with that
