Keita Posted March 4, 2006 Author Posted March 4, 2006 I assume so, i only caught half the interview so dont wanna draw conclusions.
realtarragona Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 He said a few days ago that there was no chance of him leaving.
magneto Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Did he say that Real and Inter tried to tap him up?
Keita Posted March 4, 2006 Author Posted March 4, 2006 Did he say that Real and Inter tried to tap him up? he did indeed
magneto Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 If Rafa has gone as far as to listen to Madrid then this is a tap up and should be dealt with to the full extent of the LAW.
Guest Kev Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Guillem does have Rafa's trust and talks to him a lot. There maybe more to this than meets the eye. I am extremely worried.
magneto Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Rafa will be a complete tool if he leaves for Madrid. They treat their managers like cr@p the minute the going gets tough.
ricflairandy Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Guillem does have Rafa's trust and talks to him a lot. There maybe more to this than meets the eye. I am extremely worried. He doesnt have his trust and talk to him as much as he likes to make out.
Kvarme Ate My Food Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 anyone would hold something like this over their employer - I certainly would I'm not worried
Gunga Din Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Guillem does have Rafa's trust and talks to him a lot. There maybe more to this than meets the eye. I am extremely worried. you are always worried though
filopastry Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 He said Rafa was happy where he was for now, but claimed he did talk to Madrid after saying to them that he was happy where he was. He did imply that in the long term he felt Rafa could be tempted to leave if he felt the club's ambition didn't match his own
Guest Kev Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 you are always worried though If you knew what I knew then you'd be worried to
Guest Kev Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 and whats that kev ? I'm depressed, ignore me. It's just talk from today.

Guest Kev Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 none of it's good though obviously Yep. People say I have an agenda against certain people of our club, but it all boils down to what I've told from various people at various levels within the club over a long period of time, and they all basically say the same thing.

It's obvious What Rafa needs .Worried about this now as it doesn't appear to be forthcoming At this moment in (depressedville) time. I honestly believe it could come down to it's either Parry/Moores or Rafa. That's a belief and not a statement of fact.

Doesn't mean they're right of course - problem with LFC at times is there's a culture of tittle tattle within the club rather than a culture of action. Jobsworths abound. I know the incumbent in charge would have preferred to sack most of the workforce 3 years back he was so frustrated at trying to progress anything at the club.
Guest saltysam Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 ballague was in liverpool friday morning. seen him around 7 am by the marriot heading towards lime street.
Mick_G Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 Old chestnut , wheres the feckin' cash , wheres the investment WTF is going on ect .ect .ect. It's gettin borin' now things are gonna come to a head soon and like you i can't see a positive outcome at the moment .
