Cisse Posted February 26, 2006 Author Posted February 26, 2006 He didn't play much did he, no he's coming
DonRafa Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 He didn't play much did he, no he's coming I wish the Kop had spotted him. A few 'there's only one Sean, and we don't mean the sheep' would have been handy - make him feel wanted, like
Billy Dane Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 He obviously wasn't there to watch his brother and his old mates at City play.... . and his dad wasn't there to watch Bradley either!
Guest Jack Bauer Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I really really really hope we sign him.
Swipe Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 His t*** of a dad seemed to be wearing a Man City jacket for some reason...
slapnuts Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 His t*** of a dad seemed to be wearing a Man City jacket for some reason... cos his son plays for them?
Swipe Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 cos his son plays for them? So he wears a Chelsea one when he watches Sean? And yet still calls Arsenal "us" when on TV? He's a prick of the highest order
Kahnee Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 cos his son plays for them? Nah - bound to be because he hates us
kop205 Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I wish the Kop had spotted him. A few 'there's only one Sean, and we don't mean the sheep' would have been handy - make him feel wanted, like On the evidence of today, maybe we need to think about singing a few songs for the current players first.
Swipe Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Nah - bound to be because he hates us Did I say that? You support Liverpool and have done for your whole life - would you wear the jacket of another club? Even if ur lad played for them? Just think Wright's a knob
slapnuts Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I think he's all wright wright wright. Maybe he forgot his coat so got a free one to keep warm.
Swipe Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I think he's all wright wright wright. Maybe he forgot his coat so got a free one to keep warm. Maybe, actually
Guest TanMan Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 So he wears a Chelsea one when he watches Sean? And yet still calls Arsenal "us" when on TV? He's a prick of the highest order So what would you do if your kids played for different clubs, neither of which happen to be the club you became a legend at? So he watches his kids play football, crime of the century.
Joshytoohotty Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I like Ian Wright. Have to admit it's a little strange to be wearing a Man City jacket for an Arsenal fan but there you are.
Guest roger Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I like Ian Wright. Should he be on tv though? He's always rolling about on his chair like a schoolgirl.
Joshytoohotty Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Should he be on tv though? He's always rolling about on his chair like a schoolgirl. I think he likes to play the cool guy a bit too much. He seems to be wanting to be the pundit that's "down with the street" Seems like a decent enough guy though and he always seems to be objective with his opinions.
Guest FrankH Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Did I say that? You support Liverpool and have done for your whole life - would you wear the jacket of another club? Even if ur lad played for them? Just think Wright's a knob He's got no current link to Arsenal though does he? He's not a supporter anymore as soon as he goes pro.
Joshytoohotty Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 He's got no current link to Arsenal though does he? He's not a supporter anymore as soon as he goes pro. So Thommo isn't a Liverpool fan? And Robbie won't be when he retires?
Guest TanMan Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 He's got no current link to Arsenal though does he? He's not a supporter anymore as soon as he goes pro. Don't think he ever was an Arsenal 'fan', he's from Sarf Lundun.
Jiggy Hates Jazz Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Ian Wright is ok imo. He's a c**k by all accounts. In Thommo's autobiog he says there was a match when Ince had been dropped to the bench as a sub and Wright was on the opposing bench. Apparently, Wright was throwing stuff at Thommo and giving him the w***** sign the whole game and laughing along with Ince (behing PT's back) because he is a good mate of Ince and because GH and PT were cracking down on Ince and his clique at the time. Obviously he thought it was a laugh and I blame Ince more but it does show a lack of professionalism and maturity - a bit like his punditry. I'm not sure I've heard him add any value when acting a pundit and watching him and Hansen act like a pair of giggling schoolgirls is annoying in the least.
Ombudsam Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 I think rafa will go for penannt over SWP because he's a much better crosser and rafa has a real thing for crossing
jimmylibel Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 I think rafa will go for penannt over SWP because he's a much better crosser and rafa has a real thing for crossing Plus I'd say Pennant will be a little bit cheaper too might have a bearing on things!
