podcasting

Lads, my 2GB memory stick for my phone finally arrived and I want to set up some podcasting cos the radio gets on my t*** so much at the minute.

 

I have iTunes on my laptop and desktop - is this the way forward?

 

What would be the best software to install on my phone?

 

I have great hopes for good shows being automatically installed to my phone for hours of listening pleasure.
