Huyton_Red Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Really shocked at how many, normally mild mannered and calm reds are talking about the FA cup game against Utd on Saturday I was amazed at how many people where going on about potential 'kicks offs' at half time at the Wigan game I think this one is gonna be as tasty outside the ground as it is in it. Me, I will be keeping away from it all and watching from a distance with my flask and butties.
Gunga Din Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 weren't you on here a while back saying how there is no violence at football anymore? it could get nasty on saturday. i hope it doesnt, but i think it might
danny Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 No need to talk about things like this on the internet.

CarraLegend Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Dont think to much will happen myself, probably be a few incidents here and there but nothing major. It'd likely be carnage at their place if it goes to a reply on a weeknight.

Guest Jack Bauer Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 It won't. They keep them in for ages after the match anyway.
meredithmathieson Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Anybody else got/getting tickets for the Ingerland game, just to extend that hand of friendship one extra time to Mr. G. Neville?

They will be ready for the majority of things.Surely that award goes to the Greater Manchester Police, after the way they handled Old Trafford the other week, and the warm, friendly welcome we got at Wigan?

That must have just been you, the coppers I spoke to at Wigan were fine and approachable. However, The Greater Manchester Police are hooligans in uniform when it comes to Scousers, even our coppers know that. Edited February 13, 2006 by Kev

The whole area is cleared before we let them out. Pity they don't take the same care of away fans at the Theatre of g*******s.
