Andyjandy Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 After the match what happens in here, if for instance you were invited to go in following a match what would you likely expect? I already know I cant wear jeans or trainers.
Paul B Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Oh, loads of coke-snorting, roastings, wife-swapping and the usual football-related shenanegins as you might expect. But yes, jeans are verboten.

fyds Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 You might get a chance to have a word with a player or board member if you're lucky - it is still possible to ask for autographs provided it's not too in your face or 'expected'. Just use whatever good sense you have and it could be fun.
David Hodgson Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 From what I got told at the pub this afternoon, 2 players will cavort with each other, while a pop star looks on Hmmm....interesting...who do you think the players in question were ? A 'rebel on and off the pitch' with several England Caps and a multi-million pound goals-scoing midfielder'. The first one's definitely Robbie, and I reckon the other one was Danny Murphy. I'm right aren't I ?

Gravy Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 Ant is going to kill me for this, but here goes. Emile got us tickets for the players lounge after a Man City game. We sat in the corner with Emile's family and friends awaiting the big fellas arrival. Ant was really excited and every time the door opened his eyes lit up. Anyway, the door opened and Ant burst out "Here's Emile dad", I looked across and had to restrain his joy by saying, "No lad, that's Paulo Wanchop". Emile's Dad's a big bloke isn't he! As wide as he is tall?
Andyjandy Posted February 13, 2006 Author Posted February 13, 2006 (edited) Wasn't Daivd Johnson pretty ill a couple of years back? Is it the same one and if so I presume he is doing better these days... My dad just finished speaking to him and he said the Morientes refused to race him over 100 yards and I quote "...and Im a fat b*stard". Edited February 13, 2006 by Andyjandy
